Credits and billing
Credits pay for generation. Create shows the estimate before anything starts, and a failed step gives back what it did not use.

New accounts start with 200 free credits and no card. The Credits page shows your balance; Billing lists every entry, including reservations for running work and refunds.
Plans and storage
Plans add a monthly allowance; purchased credits are tracked separately and do not need a subscription. Videos are kept for a period after their last activity, then deleted with all their files. Any edit or saved stage resets the clock.

Cancelling and withdrawal
Cancel plan under Billing, or Cancel contracts here in the site footer without signing in. The plan runs until the end of the period and you get a confirmation email. Resubscribe undoes it before the period ends. Consumers in the EU can withdraw within 14 days with the footer button; if the service has already started, a proportionate amount is due. Details are in the withdrawal information.
Tip: Try a new format at one or two minutes before paying for a long video.
